 Every child is unique allowing them freedom to experience and explore at their own pace. If i can have my ideal childcare centre one day, it must have all these facilities. (apart from all the usual ones like bathrooms, playground etc). Ps: Everything specialised for children, according to height and safety. 1) A mini theatre. So that they can set up stage plays and get in touch with their creative side. 2) Swimming pool. (Outdoors). 3) Play-gym. If we have gym for senior citizens, why not for kids too! 4) Music/dance room. 5) Mini-kitchen. Imagine the small kitchen tables. Cute right! 6) Mini-library. 7) Garden (Outdoors). 8) Play-pretend corners. This i like very much. The centre will have a few themes like, one room is a jungle. So there will painted trees on the walls. And costumes/masks for them to be animals. Others could be a hospital, science labs, etc. Play-pretends enables the child to recall how certain things are done, imitate the actions and imagine by creating stories. With all this, it develops the thinking process of the child. Hahaha. Expect alot of these kind of stuff here. :)
